TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT

By registering for the FlavaGold Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. FlavaGold is operated by FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or other promotional platform
• FlavaWorks reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application

3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

• Affiliates earn 70% commission on all new sales and rebills generated through their tracking links
• Commissions apply to subscriptions across all FlavaWorks network sites
• Commissions are calculated on the gross sale amount before processing fees

4. PAYMENT

• Commissions are paid according to the payment schedule of the billing partner (CCBill and/or Epoch)
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply as set by the billing partner
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Spam or unsolicited email marketing is strictly prohibited
• Misrepresenting FlavaWorks sites or content
• Bidding on FlavaWorks brand names or trademarks in paid search
• Using deceptive redirects or cookie stuffing
• Any illegal promotional activity
• Promoting to minors or on platforms accessible to minors

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Marketing materials provided through FlavaGold are licensed for promotional use only
• Affiliates may not modify FlavaWorks trademarks or logos without permission
• Content provided for promotional use (banners, images, clips) may only be used for affiliate marketing purposes

7. TERMINATION

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time
• FlavaWorks reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms
• Unpaid commissions will be forfeited upon termination for cause

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• FlavaWorks is not responsible for technical issues with third-party billing systems
• Commission tracking is provided "as-is" through our billing partners
• FlavaWorks' maximum liability is limited to unpaid commissions

9. MODIFICATIONS

• FlavaWorks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
• Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard announcement
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms
