As a FlavaGold affiliate, you agree to promote FlavaWorks network sites responsibly and legally.

ACCEPTABLE PROMOTIONAL METHODS

• Personal websites and blogs
• Social media accounts (age-gated where required)
• Tube site profiles and uploads (using authorized content only)
• Email marketing to opt-in lists
• Adult advertising networks and platforms
• Forum posts and community engagement

PROHIBITED METHODS

• Unsolicited email (spam) of any kind
• Pop-ups, pop-unders, or malware distribution
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
• Misrepresentation of site content
• Advertising on platforms that prohibit adult content
• Promoting to audiences under 18 years of age
• Trademark bidding (using our brand names in paid search ads)
• Iframing or framing our sites without permission
• Using our content outside of provided marketing materials
• Any method that violates local, state, federal, or international law

CONTENT USAGE

• Only use officially provided banners, images, and video clips from the FlavaGold Marketing Assets library
• Do not modify or alter official marketing materials without written permission
• Do not create fake reviews or testimonials

VIOLATIONS

• First offense: Warning via Message Center
• Second offense: Account suspension pending review
• Severe violations: Immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions
